Favorite song

Hello everyone:
I have to talk about my favorite song. Yes, it's a very difficult decision. Especially because when someone ask me what type of music is my favorite, I just don't know what to answer. I think that music has the ability to say lot of things of people, and I feel intimidate when I have to answer that question. Maybe, that's because the people can know my deepest feelings.
Luckily, take this decision today is not very difficult, that's because I used to come in the bus listening music everyday, and today wasn't the exception.

I listen different styles of bands every time. But obviously I have a favorite one: Deftones. I like almost all of their songs, but I can't say the reason. I just like it. But my favorite song of all the time is "Sextape".
Why?
I love the delay of the guitar, I love the voice of Chino Moreno (the singer). And I love the lyrics, because I can't understand it completely hahaha.
The first time that I heard it was three years ago, when one of my friends sent me the link. This is the second song  I heard of Deftones, and I liked it a lot.

 I forgot to say that the video is my favorite too, the colors, the concept  and the edition are perfect.

But I know that Deftones is not a band that everyone enjoy to listen, maybe some people think that their music is just noise. But I don’t think so, I love them, and I will go to one of her concert in September .

Pan

Weeks ago, my boyfriend wanted a pet. He likes animals, but I think that the principal reason to look for a pet was because I lost my little hedgie two months ago, and he thought that if I had an animal close, it will make me happy again.
Then he told me "choose a kitten and give it to me". And I did it. I was so excited about looking for a little kitten, I went to different places to adopt one, but the people there wasn't want students to adopt them. Probably they think that students are not able to care animals. It was very frustrating, close to give up, then a classmate told me that she had a female kitten of two months old, that she could give to me.
When she (the kitten) arrived to my boyfriend's home, we were very happy but she was very ill so we took her to a vet. We decided to call her "Pancita", in honor to her giant belly caused by parasites (not very romantic, I know). And we bought her pink toys and bed, because she was our little girl.
"Pancita" now is very healthy, nowadays she is living in my home because my boyfriend is travelling.
Yesterday, me and Pancita were playing like everyday, but I noticed something that surprised to me:

 Pancita is not a lady... he's MALE!!!!

Now we are looking him a new name, because "Pancita" is not a appropriate name to a male kitten. But I'm waiting to take him to his vet, to make sure that "she" its really "he".

I had my first cellphone to a very young age. But in those times the cellphones weren't like we know them now. Now I have an android cellphone. I used to have a Nokia but I didn't like it at all. The applications didn't  work well  and if you wanted to have an application that is free to android system, you had to buy it. I don't know how this work in these days, but when I have a Nokia, things were like I mentioned.
I bought my cellphone this year, when the one that I had break down. I denied to buy it in my telephone company because they were charging extra money cause according to them, the break down of my cellphone was my fault. So I went to another company and I bought the same cellphone so much cheaper and I just put on it my old SIM. I have used cellphones by many years, but this one particularly like three or four months.
Because I think that is very useful (I like it because you can call, save numbers, watch videos, play some games, take photos, almost everything that in past years sounds impossible) I use my cellphone very often, almost all day. And my life without it probably would be very different, starting by I don't think that I could live without it. I think that my cellphone it has become in almost a part of me. And even being my favourite piece of technology I really don't like that, and I'm working and trying so hard to take it off by my cellphone, because it bothers me that this little device had just changed my life, and limits a lot my social life specially with my family and friends.

a normal day in my life

Upside down

It was too hard for me to decide a special photograph, considering that I'm a fan of photographies. I like to take lots of pictures when I'm out of the city, and everytime that I want to select one to upload on a social network, it becomes very hard to me. That's why it's taken me some time to choose one, because that was a very difficult decision.
Whatever,  here is a very special photograph to me:

I took this picture in last Summer when I travelled to Carrizal Bajo (located on Atacama Region). I use to go there when I'm on holidays.
 In this area, near to the beach, is a nature sanctuary where fish, swans, taguas, ducks and some wild geese live. I like this photograph because I was just taking a normal "lake photo" and one goose just submerge his head and left to sight his orange legs. It was very fun and unique, and luckily I was there to capture it.
I like the colors, the landscape, the shine of the water and... the attitude of the other geese, cause it looks like they were watching to the other one, and I think that's very funny.
Besides, this place is very important to me, because I have spent many good times there, since I was a little girl. Watch this picture besides the funny things, reminds me my family, the laughs and all of beautiful moments that I lived in this place. That is why this photograph is very special to me.

I like to eat. I would say eat is one of the biggest pleasures of my life. But I have to admit that like many students, I'm short of money almost every month. 

So, sometimes I can give myself some meal in any place of fast food. My favorite place to eat is definitely Taco Bell, because I love Mexican food and is really cheap compared with others Mexican Food restaurants. 

Taco Bell is located in many places of the city. There is one close to my house, in the center of Santiago. But I like to go to Taco Bell located in "Costanera Center" too. If you go there in the future, I recommend you to taste "combo 5" with tacos and supreme fries. It's really good. I'm obsessed with that food. 

When I'm with my family, we like to go to some Peruvian food restaurant. We don't have a favorite place to go, but personally I like the fish that peruvians cook.

There is so many places that I like to know, because I think that Taco Bell is good, but probably there's more restaurants or "picadas" to eat  Mexican food.

Santiago

Had to write this post gave me a headache. Principally because I wasn't born in Santiago and I'm living here just since two months. But  definitely I have to say something of this city.

I like Santiago, I like the fact that you can do anything you want. It's sad to me say this things (because my hometown is in another place), but Santiago have almost everything that I want. First of all, here is the University that I always wanted, and the career that I dreamed. Here are several cultural events, including museums, exhibitions and art galleries.  I like Santa Lucía Hill, I think is a perfect place to walk by and had a relaxing time to spend with good company. I like all the green areas in general, because I was born in a city located in Atacama Desert, where have grass and trees is not very easy. 

I dislike the air contamination, because it really bothers to my throat and nose, especially on the first days that I'd stayed here. And the attitude of mostly people was something that surprised me a lot, principally the individualistic and selfish behavior that they have. But now this attitude don't upsets me a lot, because I could understand that the hurried life that they have to live, complicates and stress them a lot, something that don't happen in my hometown. Anyway, I don't think that it's okay, I believe that we need to stop our routine and take a breathe, think positive, smile, and keep enjoying life to make this city a better place.

If some day a visitor ask me what places he could go, probably I would recommend Santa Lucía hill, museums, and I would say something like:

I don't know very well Santiago, please go all over the city together!!

Internet

Internet is so interesting, you can find lots of things, everything you want. I spend almost all day using internet, specially Facebook. I think that I don't use Internet as my classmates do. Generally I'm in internet to listen music and watch videos in Youtube. I really like animals videos, especially the videos of parrots singing and cats. I like read contingency articles too, but I don't have any favorite website to do this. I like to read articles of lots of webpages, because I think that the opinion (especially politic) of a journalist have lots of influence at the moment to write an article. So I like to read different articles in different websites, with different stands to make my own opinions.

The website that I like the most is definitely Youtube, because you can find thousands  of videos: from trivial things to very impressive videos.
I really like Youtube cause I really like to watch music videos of my favorite bands, statements of people and having fun watching funny videos. I discovered Youtube a long time ago, maybe when I was 8 years old, and today I'm still visiting it almost everyday.
